Meet Taunya – living proof that you can live life, enjoy what you eat, and stay off of the dieting rollercoaster!


Taunya has an impressive background with a BS in Exercise Science and Wellness from Florida Atlantic University and certifications as an International Personal Trainer & Nutrition Advisor, Pilates Instructor and more! She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years and she loves what she does, which is helping people!


Like a lot of women Taunya struggled with her weight for years, starting all the way back in her late teens. After trying almost every diet out there (and failing every time) she decided that it was time to make a change. All of her training and a lot of trial and error lead her to develop her principals of nutritious eating and healthy living. She was finally off of the diet rollercoaster!


Taunya took her own successes and created The Good Lifestyle so that she could help other women just like herself. By creating personalized fitness plans combined with fun, yet challenging fitness regimens she enjoys working with clients to help them easily achieve their goals. Knowing that staying on track can be hard for women who don’t always have their trainer around, she went out of her way to create the perfect online portal that can be used 24/7, further ensuring client success.


Nowadays Taunya is a busy mom in her forties and she is excited to share her principles for success with as many struggling women as she can. Despite what you think, or may have heard – you can live a busy lifestyle and eat foods that you enjoy all while still looking and feeling great.
