I earned my BS in Exercise Science and Wellness from Florida Atlantic University and certifications as an International Personal Trainer & Nutrition Advisor, Pilates Instructor and more! I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.

My work isn’t about rewards and punishments like a traditional diet.

I’m a mix of hardcore accountability with the gentle touch of spiritual guidance. Best of both worlds.

I also help you change the way you think about yourself. Because in my mind, I believe you can do, achieve, and have anything, as long as you have an unwavering belief that you can do it.

Because I know what’s it’s like to find yourself crying at the bottom of the stairs thinking, “I can’t do this for one more day.

I was an athlete all my life, so it came as a huge blow to me when I gained 25 pounds in college.

I had never been overweight before and didn’t know how to deal with it. I never wanted to go anywhere or do anything. I hated how I looked and I hid my body from the world.

I went on a rollercoaster of diets to fix it and failed every time. I just couldn’t sustain it. That’s when I hit rock bottom. 

I realized diets didn’t work and made smart, small changes that helped me transform my lifestyle. With a lot of trial and error, I created my system for eating and working out and it all fell into place. I achieved The Good Lifestyle.

Now, I use my personal story, my training, and my 25 years of experience to help people change their eating psychology so they can lose weight and finally keep it off.

What I’ve seen over and over again is you can have anything you want, look anyway you want – but only if you want it bad enough and really believe you can have it.

Once you have that part, the rest falls into place. You can take the steps necessary to make lasting change in your weight and in your life.

But most people don’t believe. Most people don’t truly BELIEVE they can do make a real change in their life and body.

And if that’s going through your mind right now, I want you to remember this quote: “Most people give up just when they’re about to achieve success.”

All you have to do is stick to it. And that’s so much easier when you have someone who’ll have your back.
