Gluten Free Desserts

It is not necessary to eat desserts on this program. However, if you have a sweet tooth or feel that you must have dessert feel free to choose from the list below. For those trying to fast track their program, I would leave desserts out whenever possible, as they are just going to add calories to your daily intake. Remember you must burn more calories than you consume to lose weight.

  • Sugar free hot chocolate
  • KIND Fruit + Nut Gluten Free Bars
  • Gluten Free Pretzels (snyders sticks)
  • 1 Ounce dark gluten free chocolate
  • 1 Cup gluten/dairy free ice cream (purely decadent)
  • ½ Cup Sorbet (ciao bella)
  • ½ Cup non fat, sugar/gluten free yogurt w/1/2 Cup berries (chobani)
  • 1 Cup chex gluten free cereal
