It is not necessary to eat desserts on this program. However, if you have a sweet tooth or feel that you must have dessert feel free to choose from the list below. For those trying to fast track their program, I would leave desserts out whenever possible, as they are just going to add calories to your daily intake. Remember you must burn more calories than you consume to lose weight.

  • Sugar free hot chocolate
  • Weight watchers sugar free chocolate mousse bars
  • Sugar free Jello
  • Sugar free Jello brand rice pudding
  • Orville Redenbachers 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn
  • 1 Ounce dark chocolate
  • ½ Cup sugar free, fat free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt w/2 tablespoon Hershy’s sugar free chocolate sauce
  • ½ Cup Sorbet (lowest sugar version you can find)
  • 100 Calorie Sugar free Jello pudding
  • ½ Cup non fat, sugar free yogurt w/1/2 Cup berries
