It is not necessary to eat desserts on this program. However, if you have a sweet tooth or feel that you must have dessert feel free to choose from the list below. For those trying to fast track their program, I would leave desserts out whenever possible, as they are just going to add calories to your daily intake. Remember you must burn more calories than you consume to lose weight.

- Weight watchers sugar free chocolate mousse bars
- Sugar free Jello
- Sugar free Jello brand rice pudding
- Orville Redenbachers 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn
- 1 Ounce dark chocolate
- ½ Cup sugar free, fat free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt w/2 tablespoon Hershy’s sugar free chocolate sauce
- ½ Cup Sorbet (lowest sugar version you can find)
- 100 Calorie Sugar free Jello pudding
- ½ Cup non fat, sugar free yogurt w/1/2 Cup berries
