How To Start The Week Right

I had an action packed and fun weekend. My sister and her family were in town visiting for the last week.

When my alarm clock went off this morning, all I thought about was hitting snooze and rolling over for some more shuteye.

I have to admit that I did hit the snooze button, but after 5 minutes I pulled myself out of bed for a cup of coffee.

It’s Monday morning and there is no better way to start your day and week off right than to get a great workout in first thing in the morning. Not only will this workout set the stage for the week, but also I can now continue my day productive and tackle the rest of my day feeling energized.
