The Lifestyle Transformation Club was designed by a busy woman, for busy women!   As an entrepreneur and mom, I understand the challenges of living a healthy life on a busy schedule.   This 24-Week Program is specifically set up with those challenges in mind.  In just 24 weeks, even busy-working moms will have the time to get the body they have been looking for.

Don’t have time to make it to the gym? That’s no problem! In this program you can follow along with the workouts on your schedule and in the comfort of your home.

A Private 60 Minute One-on-One New Member Consultation

We’ll discuss:

Your goals over the next 24 Weeks, and life-long goals

What you have tried, and what you think your biggest obstacles are

Weekly 60 Minute Group Calls/Skype Meetings

During group calls, you will:

6 Personal Strategy Calls during the length of the program (15 minutes each):

Use this One-on-One time to:

Identify areas of concern/struggle, so that you can push forward with renewed motivation

Address your progress, and set new goals – so you can scale up what IS working, and revise areas of the plan that aren’t effective for you.

Review your Nutrition tracker, and make sure you’re on the ‘right track’.  

  • Here’s The ‘Skinny’ on the 24-Week Program…

    Your 6-month program will start out with a 60 minute one-on-one phone or Skype consultation.   After we discuss your current lifestyle and goals, you will receive a custom meal plan that includes specific menus – you’ll know exactly what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat.  You’ll also be provided with daily workouts that are customized to your body type, fitness level, and personal goals.

    I will follow-up with you and the other members of the program once a week via a 60 -minute phone call or Skype meeting to see how you are doing and answer any questions you might have. During your 6 month program you will also have the chance to have six personal 15 minute Strategy calls when you need some additional motivation or feel that your meal plan/workout schedule needs to be changed or adjusted.

    During the week while you are following your customized plan you will have full access to the Good Lifestyle Online Toolkit where you can track your meals and workouts, get access to great healthy recipes and even workout with 24/7 streaming workout videos. The online Toolkit is also able to track your weight loss amounts and provide you with a journal where you can keep track of your accomplishments.
