Success Tips

 1.  Drink a glass of H2O before each meal(this will help you feel fuller and keep you from overeating)

 2.  Don’t drink your calories(no soda or alcohol until you reach your goal)

 3.  Eliminate all processed foods, and refined flours

 4.  Eat protein,vegetables, and good fats at each meal

 5.  No fast food

 6.  No sweeteners

 7.  No potatoes, rice, or pasta

 8.  Eat a good substantial breakfast-this will set you up for a successful day

 9.  If you need a little fruit stick to low sugar options like granny smith apples and blackberries or blueberries

10.  Eliminate high sodium foods to reduce water retention(read labels to make sure your dressings are low in sodium)

12.  Do some type of exercise everyday and try to do it first thing in the morning.  This will jump start your day and make sure you get it done!  You are going to feel so good.

13.  Drink at least 8 glasses of H2O per day

14. Vegetables are your best friend(they are very low in calories and they help fill you up without filling you out)

15. Finish dinner by 7:00 at night most days of the week

16.  Get plenty of sleep(without enough sleep your body will not metabolize at it’s peak performance)

17.  Stay motivated with an accountability buddy
